1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the services offered by Entitas Teknologi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Services

Entitas Teknologi provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application and related support services. Service features, availability, and limits depend on the subscription plan you select. Entitas Teknologi may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time (with or without notice) as part of maintenance, upgrades, or product development.

3. Registration & Accounts

• Users must register with accurate, current, and complete information and keep that information up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. Entitas Teknologi is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized account access if such access results from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscription & Payment

The Service is offered on an annual subscription basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Fees: You agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes for the subscription term. Fees are charged in the currency displayed at checkout.
2. Payment: Payments must be made using the payment methods we make available. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for all fees incurred.
3. Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable except where required by law or as expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
4. Changes to Pricing: Entitas Teknologi may update pricing or billing practices. We will notify you of price changes in advance. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new prices.

5. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term; no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the term unless required by law.

Entitas Teknologi may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or abusive activity. Upon termination, your access to the Service and any hosted data may be suspended or deleted in accordance with our data retention and backup policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, source code, documentation, designs, trademarks, and content, are owned by Entitas Teknologi or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to the Service except the limited, non-exclusive right to use the Service as permitted under your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Entitas Teknologi disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entitas Teknologi's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount paid by you to Entitas Teknologi during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event will Entitas Teknologi be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by email or via the Service. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

10. Privacy & Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend you review the Privacy Policy carefully.
